Hi, I'm Kirsten

I'm a university-qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian who cares about real food, real life and real connection with you.

My approach is grounded in respect and what works in your real world. Together, we’ll explore evidence-informed strategies that are practical, sustainable - and actually make sense in the context your life.

Since 2016, I’ve worked in private practice, hospitals, elite sport, and with the ADF. These experiences have shaped my flexible, down-to-earth approach and belief that nutrition should feel achievable (not prescriptive or rigid).

I provide online (virtual/telehealth) support to adults across a range of areas, with special interests in:

  • Gut health and disease - optimising gut health, managing symptoms or gut conditions like IBS, IBD and coeliac disease

  • Performance nutrition - As a Qualified Sports Dietitian, I provide tailored support for active individuals, athletes, veterans, and first responders

  • Optimising function and quality of life supporting energy, strength, and independence across life stages

  • Building realistic habits - with nutritional balance, enjoyment, and no unnecessary rules

I’m especially passionate about helping people through vulnerable or high-pressure times - whether that’s managing symptoms, navigating change, or optimising performance. Although my interest areas are listed above, I do provide online consults for most other conditions (such as managing cholesterol, diabetes, iron deficiency, the list goes on).

Having personally spent 11 years in the ADF, I understand the unique demands and dynamic nature of military life. Whether you're currently serving, transitioning, medically discharged or just starting your journey, I offer adaptable, performance-focused support that prioritises resilience, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.

If you're looking for a dietitian who is authentic, listens, adapts, and goes at your pace - you're in the right place.

Outside of work, when I can, I enjoy hiking or running with my mates (coffee is an essential feature) or heading off on a road trip with compulsory detours for quirky country pubs, vintage shops, hidden wineries, or a new restaurant. My Dalmatian Poppy usually joins in on the adventures, just to keep things interesting. In my spare time I also love baking home made sourdough, and trying out new recipes!
