We appreciate that sometimes things change and that might mean you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, unless extenuating circumstances apply (these are determined by your Dietitian)

• If you arrive to your scheduled session late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply

• If you have already paid the purchase price for your session and cancel with more than 48 hours notice, you will be refunded the purchase price less a $20 administrative fee. In cases where you cancel and the purchase price had not yet been charged, a $20 administrative fee will be processed instead.

If something unexpected comes up, please send us an email as soon as you can to avoid cancellation fees.
