Can I see you in person?
We currently work 100% online via telehealth or phone. No in-person services are currently available.
Do you provide meal plans?
While we offer custom nutrition support tailored to each individual, structured meal plans aren’t a standard part of every consultation. For many people, flexible and adaptable strategies like personalised snack or meal ideas - tend to be more sustainable and supportive of a healthy relationship with food. After all, life isn’t rigid, and your nutrition plan doesn’t need to be either.
If a structured plan is helpful in line with meeting your goals, we can explore that together. For detailed race or event-specific nutrition plans, this may be offered as an additional service, with pricing based on the level of detail and time required (price on enquiry).
Do you work with clients outside of Australia?
Yes, we can work with people outside Australia, we will find a mutually agreed time to suit. Please reach out to give me a heads up and ensure you mention this on your intake form.
Can I get a medicare, private health rebate, or see you through DVA or defence referral?
